           The Taliban insurgent group vowed on Monday to avenge the "inhuman attack" in which 16 Afghan civilians were killed by soldiers of the U.S. Army in Panjwai, in southern Afghanistan. It was a cruel massacre victims were mercilesslyslaughtered in their homes without some chance of defense as were used automatic weapons and hand grenades
