Rio de Janeiro is in civil war the brazilian government is powerless to resolve this conflict installed in Rio the world shouts that civilians die in Syria. In Brazil, 60.000 peoples are murdered each year. Even the Armed Forces on the streets "intimidate" militias and drug traffickers!

         The Brazilian government has one of the largest contingents of politicians and governors, thieves and thugs that has been known throughout human history and incompetent to solve this enclave armed by militias and drug traffickers who dispute territories in the State of Rio de Janeiro. Now in a political year where there will be mainly presidential elections the current government of Michel Temer decreed federal intervention is certainly more a makeup to deceive Brazilian and international public opinion in an attempt to gain prestige and make his successor in fact we are in civil war not declared but that is killing a lot of people every day, where is the United Nations ! ! !

         General Braga Netto wants to work but the "LAWS" of Brazil do not help in the fight against organized crime and to worsen entities sympathetic to the militias and drug traffickers hinder all the work that the police and the military want to do ! ! !
